Mr. Garve’s story dates back to 1984 when his optimistic attitude changed his life from an auto-driver to a contractor in the emerging real estate industry. He had his share of setbacks, but that did not stop him, and there was no looking back. In 1994, his sheer hard work helped him graduate from a contractor to a real estate builder and he showcased his talent by completing two massive projects; Garve Heights and Krishna Residency in 1996 and 1997.

This was followed some amazing giant and successful projects like Siddhi Vinayak, Siddhi Vinayak Prerana, Siddhi Vinayak Schemes and Siddhi Park.

His journey to success was largely influenced by the support that came from his son, Mr. Vinayak Garve, who witnessed his father’s struggling phase right from the start and continues to support even today. This led to an ambitious project “Treasure” of 300 spacious flats.

Mr. Garve has always been a multi-talented personality and his skill sets urged him in setting up a Hyundai Showroom, which now has a strong base in Pune, Wakad and Wadgaon. After a victorious run in automobile industry, he has carved his name in the education sector too. He started a ‘Prerana Pratisthan College’ and performed the role of a Director from 2009 – 2010.

Despite hurdles, his versatility and hard work have shaped him immensely right from 1984. His strong motivation and love towards his work made him successful in every field. Be it construction, horticulture (green-house), automobiles, or education.

He strongly believes in the age old mantra of “Where there is a will, there is way”. He had a strong will, and found his way!
